In September I had harvested all of my tomatoes from my garden, even the green and unripe ones. Now I had a whole box of ripe wonderful tomatoes. I was trying to decide what I should create, I decided on a batch of home made tomato soup. It seemed like the perfect comfort food for this time of year.
