Photo Challenge Day # 189

Day # 189


For my friend Wendy and Brother Ernie

Yesterday was Zucchini Baking Day. Since Chocolate is one of my favourite flavours, I decided to go with my hearts desire, Chocolate! 
Both Ernie and Wendy had suggested Chocolate Zucchini Cake, and that was the first item into the oven, followed by Chocolate Zucchini Muffins, and a couple of Chocolate Zucchini Loaves. 
We had to cut into the cake…with ice cream, before lunch time! And, maybe, because I can, I will have a delicious slice of Chocolate Zucchini Cake with Ice Cream for dinner, don't worry, I am getting at least one serving  of veggies !

I have another large zucchini coming my way….now to search google, pinterest to see what I can cook, bake.

    Zucchini Lasagna, same recipe, just replace noodles with grilled zucchini slices (lengthwise), and use oregano and basil on it...
