Taste of Summer
You can't get much fresher than this, fresh fruit from the Okanagan Valley. It is so nice to be able to can them up, so I can enjoy them during our harsh winter weather. Combining fresh herbs from the garden, I was able to combine flavors with the Roma tomatoes. I am looking forward in creating something wonderful with the

I think I need to find the fruit truck, and get more tomatoes.... I am thinking, hmmm Salsa! Relish, pickles ......
