 I had a new bird visiting my yard yesterday and then again today.  I am not sure, who is who with birds, but, I did manage to get a couple of pictures of this one.  If you know his/her name.  Let me know.

    I have had this one around my place too. They have an interesting song. Your yard is a safe place for the birds.

    A Northern Flicker! They are a type of woodpecker and they are a protected species. We have a few here. If you have a dusty spot under a tree, watch, they love taking dust baths!
