Photo Challenge Day # 102

Day # 102

My children would often would ask me what my favourite flowers were. I always answered with
Dandelion's.
They were my favourite because, they were a happy sunshine yellow, they grew in abundance and the children were allowed to pick them by the arm full. I had made dozens of Dandelion crowns for my girls!

Another favourite flower was the wild rose. When you go for a walk they are almost everywhere, they are a lovely shade of pink, and they smell wonderful and Alberta's Provincial Flower!

Day # 102 "Wild Rose"

What is your favourite wild flower?
See you tomorrow with Day # 103!

Thank you

  1. Western Wood Lily for size, but for delicacy, what we used to call Lady's Slipper which really called Venus Slipper or Calypso Orchid

  4. There are so many, each holds a unique beauty, a fragrance to remember, and brings smiles to those that take the time to appreciate them.
